SUNDAY FUN

I've received so much encouragement and kind words after I posted my workout results last week: THANK YOU! And some of you have asked to see my progress from "before" to current body. So I figured, just for fun, I will show you my body journey over the last 4 weeks.

And here are my measurements:
BASIC INFORMATION: 5'1"
My Weight Goal: 122 lbs
Kettlebell weight: 10lb
WEIGHT:Start Weight: 129
Current Weight: 127
MEASUREMENTS {inches}:
Start Waist: 29 in
Current Waist: 28 in
Start Thighs: 22 in
Current Thighs: 20
Start Arms: 11.5 in
Current Arms: 12 in

Now, while you may say I didn't have that much to really "lose", I did have much to tone. I have already lost 25 pounds since March but my goal is to tone up the muscle that has been abandoned for so long. And as you can tell, I think it's working!

Some of you have asked how you can get involved in the fitness challenge and some have already bought the DVD I am doing. The host of the challenge is going to host another challenge for NEW members in January so if you can wait until the first of the new year, I encourage you to get involved. If you want to get in shape before the holidays, I will be participating in the follow-up challenge in November called Butts & Guts. While I can't include you in that challenge since it will only be for those participating in the current challenge, I would LOVE for you to do the workouts alongside of me. It won't be an "official" challenge, but we can work out "together" anyway. I plan to post my results on my blog and will encourage you to comment on them with your results, too. This will tie you over until the next challenge in January where you can get in on the action. And did I mention the official challenges have prizes? Yes, they do!!

Let me know if you are interested in the Butts and Guts DVD and I will point you to where you can buy it online. I'll be starting that in November- just in time for the holidays. :)

I hope you have an amazing corn-free week!

  2. Thanks, Jana!! You are so sweet. Now only if I could run farther than 2 miles we could workout together.:) I'm so jealous. I really wish I could enjoy running like you do.
